Legendary Rock bands Styx, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, and Tesla have acquired millions of fans around the world both real and fictional. After all, it was Big Daddy, Sonny Koufax who said “I’ve seen them, like, twenty-five times. Tommy Shaw, when I was, like, sixteen years old, I was at the concert, he actually reached out and grabbed my hand, pulled me up on stage, and I got to do the robot voice for Mr. Roboto!”. And then you have the International Man of Mystery himself, Austin Powers, exclaiming “Domo arigato, Mr.Roboto. {Thank you, Mr. Roboto} [to audience] I thank you”.

In reality we all have our stories of when we first heard their songs and/or saw them LIVE. Just last year, Rock Titan Music Television had the honor and privilege of featuring Boston and Joan Jett for WMGK’s Big Gig! We caught up back stage with Boston bass player Tracy Ferrie (see interview below), and even he gushed about how awesome it was to be on the road with a revered ROCKER like Joan Jett. The woman sings and performs every bit as well as she did 30 years ago. Then you talk about a band with as many hits as Styx? Too many to count. Just this past LIVE NATION National Concert week, Rock Titan photojournalist Tom Collins got to catch up with James “J.Y.” Young and Lawrence Gowan (see interview below). These guys are absolutely jacked to be out on the road once again, and you should share their enthusiasm!
